As the seasons shift, so too does something within us.
Nature doesn’t rush its transitions—and neither do we need to. This simple practice is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and gently notice what may be changing in your body, your energy, and your inner landscape. You’ll need:
Step 1: Arrive in the Body : Take a moment to settle. Feel your feet on the ground. Notice your breath—no need to change it, just observe. You might gently place one hand on your heart, and one on your belly. Ask yourself: “What is here in me, right now, as the season begins to change?” No need to find the “right” answer—just notice. Step 2: Sense the Season Within : Bring your awareness to your body.

Step 3: Create Your Inner Season : Now, begin to gently express what you noticed through art. Without overthinking:

Step 4: Witness and Reflect : When you feel complete, take a moment to look at your image. From a place of curiosity, you might ask:
A Gentle Closing : Place a hand back on your body. Take one slow breath in… and out. Whatever showed up is enough. Just like the seasons, we are allowed to be in transition—without needing to rush what is unfolding.
