Kundalini Yoga
My own personal experience is that Kundalini Yoga will change your life- no doubt! It is a powerful and effective, scientifically proven, ancient form of yogic healing that reroutes the brain and body's neuro-pathways. It is effective in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, overall health and so much more. Kundalini works on the glandular, endocrine and nervous systems to instill balance and harmony within the body. I am a teacher of Kundalini and a forever student as well. There are a multitude of Kriyas (set of postures) that are intended to produce a desired effect. So no class is the same.
I invite you to check out a class in your area or join me for one of mine. Kundalini Yoga is described as the "Yoga of Awareness" or "Householders Yoga". Anyone can partake and even being in a class resting or visualizing your self doing the postures gives you benefit. Enjoy your experience.
